These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by PC Recovery & Towing, trading as Dublin Battery Replacements and Car Battery Replacement Dublin ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Ireland and based at 7a Old Naas Road, Bluebell, Dublin 12, D12 P820.

All services are carried out at the customer's location within our service area. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.
Prices quoted verbally or via email or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle requires a different battery type than initially indicated or if additional work is identified on arrival.
We will always inform you of the final price before carrying out any work. You are under no obligation to proceed if the final price differs from the estimate.
All prices quoted include VAT where applicable.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or via the contact form on this website. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date, time and location with you.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed time window. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or prior jobs overrunning.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a call-out charge.
All batteries supplied and fitted by us come with a 24-month warranty from the date of fitting. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@dublinbatteryreplacements.ie or call 085 820 8677. We will assess the battery and, where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, replace it at no charge.
We offer a mobile roadside battery assistance service across Dublin. If your vehicle is immobile we will come to your location and carry out any necessary work on-site. We will always advise you of the issue and confirm any costs before proceeding.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, including make, model, year, and engine type, so that we can supply the correct battery. If incorrect information is provided and this results in an incompatible battery being supplied, you may be charged for any additional costs incurred.
You are responsible for ensuring we can safely access your vehicle at the agreed location. We reserve the right to decline to carry out work if we consider the working conditions to be unsafe.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and card payments. We reserve the right to withhold the fitted battery until payment is received.
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. However, our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the cost of that service.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or costs arising from being unable to use your vehicle, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
